Advanced Labour Relations Management (ALRM) is a comprehensive course for those individuals aiming to excel in the Human Resources department of the organisation. The course is designed to provide labour relations practitioners with advanced knowledge and skills specifically related to labour relations management. The course provides participants with an opportunity to develop specialist labour relations know-how and they will be able to gain first-hand experience through participation in case studies and simulated role-play that focus on modern Tanzanian labour relations. This is done in terms of the Employment and Labour Relations Act, 2004 and other government prescripts and the requirements for the effective management of labour relations in organisational context.

Course facilitators include Academics from the College of Business Education (CBE), Mediators and Arbitrators from the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration in Tanzania and HR Managers who have vast experience, skills and knowledge in the field of Labour Relations.
