Leadership Seminar for CBESO Leaders at Mbeya Campus
The Directorate of Students’ Services at Mbeya Campus, organized a Leadership Seminar for CBESO leaders, which was held on 27th February 2026 at Mjema Hall. The seminar was facilitated by Dr. Nina Burra and was attended by 35 student leaders.
The main objective of the seminar was to strengthen leadership capacity and enhance the effectiveness of CBESO leaders in executing their roles and responsibilities.
The seminar covered the following key thematic areas:
- Leadership skills and qualities
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- Communication and teamwork
- Accountability and responsibility in leadership
The seminar was conducted through interactive presentations and discussions. Participants were actively engaged by sharing experiences and challenges, which enhanced their understanding of effective leadership practices.
