| CPA. Manfred Kadewele Nchimbi is working as Chief Internal Auditor at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2010. He has over fifteen years of experience of providing objective assurance and consulting services specifically in governance, control and risk management. His experience cut across various industries in public sectors. At CBE he reports functionally to the Governing Body Audit Committee and administratively to the Rector of the College. He is responsible for providing an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity within the College that provides the Governing Body and Executive Management with observations, recommendations and advice designed to add value and improve the effectiveness of the College's risk management, control, and governance processes. CPA Manfred K. Nchimbi has been the champion of the collegial management style adopted by the College of Business Education since 2013. He holds an Advance Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha, degree of Master of Business Administration from University of Dodoma and he holds a certified Public Accountant. He also undertook a certificate in Law from University of Dar es Salaam and went further in studying special Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) offered by National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania. |
