STUDENTS’ ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES AND PROCEDURES
To secure accommodation in the College Hostels, students must complete the registration process and then submit a request through the College Student Information System (CoSIS). The request will be reviewed and approved by the staff responsible for the Office of the Dean of Students. Once the request is approved, the system will generate a control number, which will be made available to the student through their CoSIS account. The student must then pay the hostel fee using the accepted government payment methods. Following payment, the student should report to the Dean of Students' Office to be assigned a specific room.
Due to the limited number of rooms, accommodation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority is given to the following groups of students:
Given the high demand for accommodation, the College has entered into agreements with privately owned hostels located near both the main campus and the Saba Saba centre. Students are encouraged to carefully review the attached list of these hostels, which includes details on location, charges, and contact information. It is strongly advised that students visit the hostels in person before confirming any booking.
