Mini Statement	My name is Bernadetha Vicent Luambano. I am currently working at the college of business education as assistant lecturer in the department of business administration since 2013. I have completed my masters degree of human resources management from open university of Tanzania since 2012. Currently I am about to complete my PhD in public administration from the University of Dar es salaam. I am much interested to develop and do research on human resources areas and public administration areas. My future expectation is to be a research expert on those areas I have sited earlier. My hobbies are reading, writing, learning new things, cooking and teaching.
