SEMINARS FOR MEMBERS OF ANTI-CORRUPTION CLUB

The Directorate of Students’ Services organized seminars for Members of the Anti-Corruption Club at Mwanza campus. The seminars were held on 22/04/2024 and 28/05/2024.  Facilitators were Ms. Doreen Ntengan, Ms. Lourin Joriny (PCCB Ilemela District), Mr. Justine Urio and Ms Emmy Chitalika from CBE. Among others, the following subject matters were presented:

• Importance of Transparency and Accountability in Preventing Corruption
• Promoting personal integrity and ethical behaviour in decision-making
• Measures to prevent corruption and reporting procedures
• Comparative analysis of global corruption issues
• Importance of educational campaigns in creating corruption awareness
• debates on legal and ethical aspects of corruption
