Awareness Seminar on Reproductive Health for Members of the Students’

Health Club

During the third quarter, the Directorate of Students’ Services at Dar es salaam campus organized an Awareness Seminar on Reproductive Health for Members of the Students’ Health Club. The seminar was held on 12^th March 2025 and facilitated by Ms. Philipina Kagaruki, a Senior Social Welfare Officer from DUCE. She provided insightful training on the role of peer educators, emphasizing their responsibility in guiding and educating fellow students on key social issues.

• Adolescence and sexuality
• Sexual learning agents and sexual socialization
• Sexual reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
• Sexual relationships, Sexual reproductive rights and responsibility
