Leadership Seminar for CBESO

During the third quarter, the Directorate of Students’ Services at Dar es salaam campus organized a leadership seminar for CBESO leaders. The seminar, held on 14^th March 2025 and attended by 61 student leaders, including Cabinet members, Members of Parliament, Judicial Organ representatives, Principal Secretaries of ministries, and selected Class Representatives.

The goal was to equip outgoing leaders with essential leadership skills for their future careers and empower those aspiring for leadership positions in the upcoming student elections.

• Marco Stephano (Acting Dean of Students, CBE) – Effective Negotiation Skills for Student Leaders

Student leaders found the sessions highly engaging, insightful, and incredibly beneficial. The seminar provided a platform for them to exchange ideas, refine their leadership skills, and prepare for impactful roles in and beyond CBE.
