LEADERSHIP SEMINAR FOR STUDENT LEADERS AT CBE DAR ES SALAAM CAMPUS

On 14th March 2025, the Directorate of Student Services at CBE Dar es Salaam Campus hosted an inspiring Leadership Seminar for student leaders. The goal was to equip outgoing leaders with essential leadership skills for their future careers and empower those aspiring for leadership positions in the upcoming student elections.

• ✅ Dr. Gilliard Loth (Managing Director, Power and Network Backup Ltd) – Leadership in Action: The Art of Decision-Making
• ✅ Mr. Frednand Furia (Founder, Furia Consulting Ltd) – Mastering the Art of Delegation: Empowering Leaders for Effective Stewardship
• ✅ Mr. Marco Stephano (Acting Dean of Students, CBE) – Effective Negotiation Skills for Student Leaders

The turnout was impressive, with student leaders from various bodies, including Cabinet members, Members of Parliament, Judicial Organ representatives, Principal Secretaries of ministries, and selected Class Representatives.

Students leaders found the sessions highly engaging, insightful, and incredibly beneficial. The seminar provided a platform for them to exchange ideas, refine their leadership skills, and prepare for impactful roles in and beyond CBE.
