Advancing Teaching Excellence
A training session was organized by the Directorate of Human Resource Management and Administration (DHRMA), in collaboration with the Directorate of Academics (DAC), for volunteers at the Min Hall in Dar es Salaam Campus on 8th April 2025.
The volunteers were outstanding students who had successfully completed their studies at the College of Business Education (CBE).
The primary focus of the training was to provide methodological skills aimed at enhancing participants’ ability to apply effective research and teaching techniques.
The goal was to equip these top-performing graduates with the tools and strategies necessary to excel in both academic and professional settings, enabling them to make meaningful contributions to their respective fields.
