| Mini Statement | Richard Msacky has been working as a Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2008. He attained his bachelor’s degree of Arts in Social Sciences from Uganda Martyrs University in Uganda. He further pursued a master’s degree in Public Administration at Mzumbe University, Morogoro Tanzania. Later, Richard Msacky completed his Ph.D. in Public Administration and Political Sciences from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. The areas of research interest for Msacky include the Management of Service Delivery in the Socio-economic Sectors, Policy Assessment, Management of Human Resources, Strategic human resource management, Conflict Management, Economic Diplomacy, Project Management, Performance Management in Local Government Authority, Decentralization, Behaviour of the Organisation, Decision Making, Sustainable Development, Community Development, Good Governance, Philosophy, Leadership and Ethics, Research in Management. He has published enormously in well-known international and local journals. Similarly, he has attended several conferences. He has supervised several students in research writings. |
