| Mini Statement | Francis joined the College of Business Education in Tanzania as Lecturer since January 2014. He graduated with Bachelors of Science in Information and Communication Technology Management of Mzumbe University in Tanzania in the year 2012. He further pursued Master’s of Science in Information Systems at the Kobe Institute of Computing, Kobe Japan. Currently, Francis is admitted by the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) for a PhD in Information and Communication Science and Engineering. Francis’s research interests include ICT4D, Innovations and Information Systems Management. |
