Mini Statement  Mr. Alfred Ain Sallwa has been working as an Assistant Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania since December 2019. Mr. Sallwa attained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Procurement and Logistics Management and Master's in Business Administration majoring in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He further pursued another master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at the College of Business Education, Tanzania. Mr. Sallwa's research interests include Humanitarian Supply Chain, Digitalization in Supply Chain Management, Supply chain integration, Logistics, and procurement management. He has published many research works in well-known international journals on the mentioned areas of interest and collaborated in other disciplines such as Finance and Marketing. He has attended and presented research works in more than 5 international conferences and participated in both local and international academic, business, and economic development dialogues. Currently, he is a PSPTB (Tanzania) member registered as an Approved Procurement and Supplies Professional. Mr Sallwa has won several research grants and international awards on research including that of the Best Paper and Best Paper Presenter of the 5th African Conference of Operations and Supply Chain Management held in Uganda, 2023.
