| Mini Statement | Hamisi is technical lecturer at College of Business Education, Tanzania. He has been into academics for the lasts 18 years. As a profession in procurement and supply chain management, Dr. Hamisi Sama has been teacher, researcher, author, trainer and consultant in the domain of Procurement Management, Procurement Contract Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Audit, Clearing and Forwarding Management, International Procurement Management, Office Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Strategic Management for post-graduates and undergraduate students. Based on his academic expertise and professional treasury, Dr. Hamisi Sama was involved in a number of profiled academic activities commissioned by the College and high profile outside organisations.
