| Mini Statement | Mr. Alfred Akwilini Assenga is a Masters holder from the Mzumbe University (MU) specializing in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (Msc.PSCM). He also holds a Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional CPSP (T) from the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Boards (PSPTB). Also Mr. Alfred Assenga holds Bachelor Degree from the Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU) with specialization in Procurement and Supply Management (BA-PSM). Mr. Assenga has long experience for over 09 years teaching procurement and Supply Chain courses such as Procurement Management, Inventory Control, Procurement Contract Management. Procurement and Supplies Audit, Public Procurement Management and Procurement Negotiation Skills at CBE Mwanza Campus, Tanzania. Mr. Assenga does several researches in procurement in areas such as E-tendering, Inventory Management and performance of procurement functions in public organizations. Mr. Assenga has also attended few local conferences and he has carried out consultancies in areas including Contract Management in Civil Works Projects, Effective Investigation Process, Consultancy and works, Tendering process and evaluation, Training on - Contract management and Project planning and Customer Care and administrative skills. |
