| Mini Statement | Dr. Chacha Magasi is a PhD holder from the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) specializing in Business Management. Also Dr. Magasi holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Magasi has long experience for over 10 years in senior management positions in both private and public sectors. Currently he works as the Senior Lecturer and the Campus Manager (Academic, Research and Consultancy) at the College of Education, Mwanza. He also served for Three years as the Head of Department (s) at the College of Business Education, Dodoma Campus. Dr. Magasi has conducted several researches and he publishes in various areas including Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Manufacturing Economy and Leadership. Dr. Magasi has attended several local and international conferences and Training in Tanzania, Dubai and Japan (Nagoya & Tokyo). Dr. Chacha is the Kaizen Advanced & Master Trainer in improving productivity and quality in Manufacturing and Service Industries. Dr. Magasi has also intermediate skills on consultancy and grant funded proposal writing. |
