Mini Statement	Laban Gasper has been working as an assistant lecturer, consultant and researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2016. He attained his bachelor’s degree in Actuarial science from University of Dar es salaam in Tanzania. He further pursued a master’s degree in Mathematical Science at the African Institute for Mathematical Science, Tanzania. His research interest includes machine learning, time series, probability theory, and modelling. He has published more than 9 research papers in well-known international journals, attended more than 3 international conferences and provided consulting services to recognized organizations.
