Mini Statement	Ms. Martha Mganga is an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Business Education (CBE), Dodoma, Tanzania since 2021. Ms. Martha attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Literature (BA-Literature) from The University of Dodoma (UDOM) in 2012. Further, she got her Master’s in Information Studies (MAIS) from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2018. Ms. Martha’s areas of interests includes Records and Archives Management, and Information Management
