| Mini Statement |
Mwanaidi started her career as a commercial subject teacher at Chinangali Secondary School in Dodoma Tanzania. Thereafter moved to the College of Business Education as an assistant lecturer in Business Management courses. Mwanaidi holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dodoma. Recently, Mwanaidi completed her Ph.D. studies in Management at Sri Krishnadevaya University, Andhra Pradesh State, India. Her Ph.D. is about the Dynamics of Work-Life Balance Policies, Practices, and Employee Job Performance: A Case of Select Private and Public Commercial Banks in Tanzania. Mwanaidi has more than seven research works published in international and Local journals, attended Four international conferences. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Small Business Management, informal Saving, Organizational Learning, Leadership Skills, and Electronic Business. Mwanaidi has organized several trainings for small businesses and attended numerous skills developments within and outside the country. |
