| Mini Statement | Grace is a dedicated researcher and academician with a strong background in environmental and development issues. She holds a prestigious PhD from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania which addresses critical environmental challenges on Solid Waste Management and a Master's degree at the University of Dar es Salaam with emphasis on Fuelwood Availability in the Coast Region, Tanzania. All these underscored her interest in the intersection of environmental sustainability, community development and societal well-being. Dr. Grace Jeremiah Mpuya’s dedication to advance knowledge in this area is evidenced through her active participation in conferences and her ongoing work to publish research papers. Furthermore, she contributes significantly to the development of feasibility studies and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and Business Proposals at the College of Business Education. With her rich educational qualifications, research endeavors, and practical involvement in environmental issues, Dr. Grace Jeremiah Mpuya is poised to make meaningful contributions to the sustainable management of solid waste and related environmental challenges in Tanzania and beyond.
