| Mini Statement | Ms. Dorice M. Dengenesa is an Assistant Lecturer and a researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE), Dodoma, Tanzania since 2019. Ms. Dorice attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management (BBA-MM) from Mzumbe University in 2013. Later, she was successfully got her Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing Management (MBA-MKTM) from the College of Business Education in 2023. Ms. Dorice's areas of interests includes Marketing Management, Customer Service, Marketing Research, and Consultancy & Entrepreneurship. She has published one research works in well-known business journals. Currently, Ms. Dorice is Head of Department of Marketing at CBE Dodoma Campus |
