Education	Dr. Liana is a Tanzanian who holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Modelling from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Bachelor degree in Science with Education majoring in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Mini Statement	She is a lecturer at the College of Business Education (CBE), Department of Mathematics and ICT. Her research interest focuses on the mathematical modelling of infectious diseases (Communicable Diseases). She has co-authored several articles in respectable peer-reviewed journals. Her teaching involves lecturing postgraduate and undergraduate students on mathematics-related subjects, including quantitative techniques, operations research, statistical analysis, and business mathematics. Liana’s Objective is to conduct Teaching, Research, and Consultancy activities as an academician in the field of applied Mathematics.
