Dr. Ondiek is a lecturer at the College of business Education in Tanzania. He has been active in academic activities for over 20 years. He has actively participated in various administrative responsibilities at the College as well at other institutions besides CBE. As a lecturer, he has published and successfully supervised several postgraduate research in the areas of accountability in public sector; factors affecting growth of business; users’ involvement in housing solution in Tanzania; employee performance at work place; and special group participation in procurement opportunities among others. He therefore interacts, influences, motivates and coaches others positively. He is an excellent team player with distinguished self-motivation to mutual achievement of both organizational and ethical individual goals.
