Master’s degree in Laser Measurement Technology from the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University.

Bachelor’s degree in legal and industrial Metrology from the College of Business Education

Mr. Faraja Edward Nyoni is an Assistant Lecturer of Metrology and Standardization at College of Business Education (CBE). He specializes in the Metrology and Quality Management with a particular focus on the application of digital technology in conformity assessment.

Mr. Faraja Edward Nyoni received his bachelor’s degree in legal and industrial Metrology from the College of Business Education and his master’s degree in Laser Measurement Technology from the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University. His Masters’ dissertation, titled "Investigation of uncertainty for Optical Polygon Measurements”.

Since joining the department at College of Business Education in 2013, Mr. Faraja Edward Nyoni has taught a variety of undergraduate courses, including "Standardization," "Prepackage Control," "Fundamentals of Metrology,” and “Legal Weighing Technology”. He is currently working on two research papers on “Necessity of calibration Electrical Energy Meters” and “Application of digital technology for Conformity Assessment of legally Controlled Measuring instruments” which are to be published in 2025.

In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Mr. Faraja Edward Nyoni is departmental coordinator for research consultancy and short course training.
