Mini Statement	George has been working at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania as an Assistant Lecturer since 2018. George has attained a certificate and diploma in education at Katoke in Kagera and Tabora teachers colleges in Kagera and Tabora, Tanzania respectively. He then pursued bachelor of Art in education at Mwenge catholic university in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Then, George pursued master degree in Education management and planning from the Saint. Augustine University in Tanzania. George’s research interests include Education management and administration as well as higher education leadership. He has published one research article in Business Education Journal. Currently, George is doing his Ph.D. in Education management and administration at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania.
