Mini Statement	Shakila has been working as Assistant Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2021. She attained her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Tumaini-Makumira University in Tanzania (2013) before pursuing her Master’s degree in Education Management from the same University (2015). Her Research interests include Gender and Education Management. She has published one research work and participated in more than two local and international seminars on various matters.
