Education	Master degree in Education Management and Administration UDSM Tanzania. Bachelor Degree of Arts with Education (BAED) in University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Diploma in Education at Korogwe Teacher’s College (TTC).
Mini Statement	Rehema has been working as an Assistant Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2021. Rehema attained Diploma in Education at Korogwe Teacher’s College (TTC). She further persuaded Bachelor Degree of Arts with Education (BAED) in University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Later Rehema completed Master degree in Education Management and Administration UDSM Tanzania. The areas of interest for Rehema's research are Education Policy, Education Leadership, Teacher’s Career Development and Justice. She currently published one research works in well-known international journal.
