She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy Tanzania and earned her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Mzumbe University, Main Campus at Morogoro Tanzania. With a deep passion for education and extensive experience in the field, Ms. Aza has dedicated her career to fostering the next generation of HR professionals.
