Master degree in Public Administration (Human Resources Management) AT Mzumbe University, TANZANIA.

Bachelor degree in Education from the university of Dares Salaam, Tanzania.

Dr. Alsen Florian Kapinga working as a Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE), Tanzania since 2003, Alsen attained his bachelor degree in Education from the university of Dares Salaam, Tanzania. He further pursued Master degree in Public Administration (Human Resources Management) AT Mzumbe University, TANZANIA. Alsen completed his PhD in Business Informatics from the University of EASTERN FINLAND

Alsen research interest include, entrepreneurship, business management and ICT4D.He has published more than 15 research work published  in reputable journal and attended international conference and participated in consultant works
