Daniel Kadama is working as Assistant Lecturer at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania. He joined CBE in 2015. Kadama attained his bachelor’s degree of Education (Language and Management) from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He later attained his master’s degree of Arts in Education from the same Mzumbe university. He once served as the acting head of department of Business Administration before he was appointed Manager-Academic, Research and Consultancy at Mbeya campus, the position which he did not serve as he went for higher studies. Currently, Kadama is pursuing his PhD studies in Enterprise Management at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in the People’s Republic of China.

Kadama’s research interests are business communication, students’ discipline promotion, educational management and administration, organizational behaviours, and innovation. He attended various research conferences in Tanzania and China where experienced researchers presented their research findings. He also attended Research4life training in Tanzania. He is now writing his PhD research thesis.
