Mini Statement	Masoud has been working as a lecturer and researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2008. Masoud attained his Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He further pursued a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at Mzumbe University Tanzania and completed a Ph.D. in Business Management from the Open University of Tanzania. Masoud's research interests include procurement and supply chain management. He has published more than 12 research works in well-known international journals. Moreover, carried out over 40 consultancy services in compliance and value for money procurement audit.
