Mini Statement	Grace has been working as an Assistant Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2018. Grace attained her bachelor’s degree in economics from St Augustine University of Tanzania. She further pursued a master’s degree in economics at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial Economics at the South Western University of Finance and Economics- China. Grace's research interests include the Informal Economy, Entrepreneurship, and gender disparities. She has published more than 6 research works in well-known international journals, attended 3 international conferences, and participated in business and economic development dialogues.
