Mini Statement	Innocent has been serving as a Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2015. He earned his Advanced Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Tanzania and later completed a Master’s in Accounting and Finance at Mzumbe University. Innocent’s research interests span Informal Business, Accountancy, Financial Management, Risk Management, and Stock Markets. He has published over eight research papers in reputable international journals, attended multiple international conferences, and actively participated in local and global dialogues on business and economic development.
