Joseph Haule is an Assistant Lecturer in department of Information and Communication Technology at the College of Business Education. He holds master’s degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering (Major: Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering) at the Nelson Mandela Institution of Science and Technology (NM-IAST), Arusha – Tanzania, and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from St. Joseph University in Tanzania (SJUIT) formally St. Joseph College of Engineering and
Technology. Before joining at College of Business Education, he worked with Cellulant Tanzania Limited as an Implementation and Support Engineer. His research area of interests includes Information Security, Cyber Security, Wireless sensors, Wireless and Fibre Optic Communications, Networking Engineering, Edge Computing, Mobile Computing and Cloud Computing. Joseph has done consultancy of Review and Revision of Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) ICT Related Policies, 2022 – Funded by Stockholm University.
