Gordian S. Bwemelo is a Trainer, Consultant, and Researcher with over 14 years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and is currently pursuing his PhD. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Head of Marketing Department, Head of Procurement, and Campus Director. He is now the Quality Assurance Manager at the College of Business Education (CBE).

His consultative and research dexterity spans a diverse spectrum, encompassing Marketing Management, Customer Service, Sales Management, Productivity and Quality Management. Bwemelo’s research interests include Market Orientation, Consumer Behaviour, and Service Excellence. He continues to contribute to both academic and business communities through his teaching, consulting, and research efforts.
