bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University Dar es Salaam.

Deogratias has been working as a assistant Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2011. Deogratias attained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University Dar es Salaam, bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from Open University of Tanzania, Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Management from Institute of Finance Management and Postgraduate diploma in Legal practice from The Law School of Tanzania.

 He further pursued a master’s degree in Finance at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Later, Nasibu completed his Ph.D. in Taxation from the Open  University of Tanzania.

Deogratias's research interests include the Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Marketing Management, and ICT for Development. He has published more than 5 research works in well-known international journals, attended more than 3 international conferences, and participated in both local and international business and economic development dialogues. Currently, he holds the position of Ag. Head of Department – Marketing at the College of Business Education – Tanzania
